To secure your reservation, a deposit is required and will be deducted from the total cost of services. Appointment changes need a minimum 24-hour notice, and rescheduled appointments will retain the deposit. However, late cancellations, no-shows, or being over 15 minutes late will result in deposit forfeiture and a new deposit requirement for rescheduling. No Exceptions!
